Cask Wine Bag

Colour can be a determinant of how and where your product can be recycled.

If your cask wine bag is clear, then it can be returned to your local Coles or Woolworths stores via the Redcycle receptacle – you just need to remove the plastic nozzle first, which must go into the garbage bin.

If your cask wine bag is silver coloured however, then it will need to be placed in the garbage bin as it is not accepted at Redcycle due to containing high amounts of aluminium, which would contaminate the soft plastics waste stream.
