Glass roll-on deodorant

Glass roll-on deodorant bottles can not be disposed of in your kerbside recycling bin because they are comprised of mixed materials, i.e. glass and plastic that are not easily separated. The plastic on the glass would contaminate the glass recycling stream and vice versa.

Other recycling opportunities for this item have not been identified, so you will need to dispose of the glass roll on deodorant bottle in your general waste bin. As technology improves, we hope that more recycling opportunities will become available for items like these in the future.
