Lip balm containers are not recyclable in your home recycling bin. This item is too small to be processed through the kerbside system. It will slip through the gaps in sorting equipment.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any away from home recycling options in your local area so please dispose in your general waste bin. Trials are currently being conducted to explore new opportunities for recycling cosmetics product packaging, so recycling programs will hopefully become available for items like these in the future.
