Plastic “P” and “L” vehicle plates are not recyclable in the home kerbside recycling bin, nor are the magnetised plates. The kerbside recycling system is designed to handle your everyday packaging waste like disposable bottles, jars and containers, so other plastic household items are unable to be processed.
Please place your damaged “P” plate in your general waste bin.
