Thera-Band

Thera-Bands are made from elastic latex or synthetic rubber materials, which unfortunately are not accepted in kerbside recycling bins. These materials are difficult to process through standard recycling systems.

If your Thera-Band is still in good condition, consider donating it to a local charity, gym, or community centre that may be able to reuse it. Otherwise, it should be disposed of in your general waste bin.
