Wet wipes

Wet wipes and multi-purpose wipes are made with plastic fibers, and some can be stretchy when pulled. Because they are soft plastic items used for personal hygiene, they must be placed in your general waste bin.

Please do not put wet wipes of any kind in your kerbside recycling bin or your FOGO bin, as they contaminate these waste streams. Also, wet wipes should never be flushed down the toilet.
