Opal card

If your Opal card is still in good condition or has remaining funds, consider keeping it for future use or donating it to a charity, someone you know, or someone in need.

If reuse isn’t an option and the card is no longer in usable condition, please dispose of it in your household general waste bin. Opal cards are not recyclable in your home recycling bin due to their size and material composition. This also applies to gift cards, credit cards, and other similar plastic cards.
