Yakult bottles can not be disposed of in your kerbside recycling bin because they are too small and will slip through gaps and become lost in machinery at the recycling facility. In some states Yakult bottles are accepted in container deposit schemes, however, they are not accepted in any programs available in your local area.
Please dispose of these in your household general waste bin instead.
